Gallery at Stallion Mountain offers new homes within a guard-gated community. The all-single story neighborhood features four designs ranging from 1,671 to 1,900 square feet with prices from the mid-$150,000s.
Villa Trieste, located within the Summerlin master plan, includes green energy efficiencies such as solar roof paneling, tankless hot water heaters, in-home and online energy and water monitoring system, low-e windows, 15 SEER-rated air-conditioning systems and Energy Star appliances. The community features four designs ranging from 1,487 to 1,960 square feet and starting from the $220,000s.
This year-end inventory blowout will be Pulte's final big sales event of the year. Visitors to neighborhoods also can register to win $10,000 in free furniture from Ashley Furniture Homestores. The sweepstakes will be open through Oct. 31 and there is no purchase necessary to enter.
