Now through Oct. 31, Pulte Homes is offering financial incentives on move-in ready homes. According to Lindsay Motley, vice president of sales for the company's Las Vegas division, the builder is offering no closing costs, lower interest rates and lower payment options. Move-in ready homes are available at Paseo at Madiera Canyon, Gallery at Stallion Mountain and Villa Trieste.

The Pulte Homes limited-time promotion offers homebuyers different floor plans starting from the $150,000s to $340,000s.

Paseo at Madiera Canyon in Henderson offers 11 one- and two-story plans starting in the $180,000s. The plans range from a single-story 1,780-square-foot plan to a two-story 3,364-square-foot plan.

Gallery at Stallion Mountain offers new homes within a guard-gated community. The all-single story neighborhood features four designs ranging from 1,671 to 1,900 square feet with prices from the mid-$150,000s.

Villa Trieste, located within the Summerlin master plan, includes green energy efficiencies such as solar roof paneling, tankless hot water heaters, in-home and online energy and water monitoring system, low-e windows, 15 SEER-rated air-conditioning systems and Energy Star appliances. The community features four designs ranging from 1,487 to 1,960 square feet and starting from the $220,000s.

This year-end inventory blowout will be Pulte's final big sales event of the year. Visitors to neighborhoods also can register to win $10,000 in free furniture from Ashley Furniture Homestores. The sweepstakes will be open through Oct. 31 and there is no purchase necessary to enter.
