Pulte to hold sales event this weekend

Delivering a range of possibilities for Las Vegas buyers, Pulte Homes introduces a special sales event at six new-home communities.
Pricing on these homes start in the mid-$100,000s.
The builder calls these residences Life Tested homes; each comes with a 10-year limited warranty.
Company officials said the homes have been created with "inspirational designs, quality materials and superior workmanship."
During this sales event, the builder will offer an upgrade package with a $15,000 retail value at Summerlin's Terraza Amado and Ventana Amado in the master-planned community's The Mesa village. Priced from the mid-$200,000s, these new homes range from 1,810 to 2,575 square feet and have as many as five bedrooms and 3½ baths.
These neighborhoods also offer a private community pool and park.
In addition, Pulte is offering a move-in ready package at three neighborhoods -- Villa Trieste in Summerlin, Paseo at Madeira Canyon in Henderson and Tierra Vista in Mountain's Edge in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley. The package includes a refrigerator, washer and dryer, window blinds and backyard landscaping.
Nestled in the gated community of Stallion Mountain in the southeast valley is The Gallery Collection at Stallion Mountain.
The homes have as many as three bedrooms and measure as much as 1,900 square feet. Pricing begins from the mid-$100,000s.
Only a handful of homes remain available.
The builder is offering a move-in package of appliances and upgraded features and paying closing costs of as much as $8,500.
