Rhodes Homes offers incentives for Tuscany Residential Village

For a limited time, Rhodes Homes, the developer of the Pesaro collection in Henderson's Tuscany Residential Village, is offering an additional $10,000 towards options and upgrades including single-story designs, oversized kitchens and extra garage space, according to Pesaro sales agent Marietta Manayan.

"Many smart home shoppers wait until the fall and winter seasons to purchase a new home, when the frenzy of back-to-school and summer activities have subsided," Manayan said.

  • "Plus, purchasing and designing your new home in the fall means you can start the new year off on the right foot. We have home sites available that overlook either the golf course or the Strip. The perfect home in the perfect location is waiting for you at Pesaro."

Home prices in the collection, which features three floor plans, start at $255,000.

"There are so many things you can get with this, like stainless steel appliances, granite countertops in the kitchen or upgraded fixtures and finishings," Manayan said.

"And that is in addition to the 3 percent you will receive toward closing costs. You could get up to $18,500 between both incentives. That is a huge savings on these fantastic residences."

All three of Pesaro's floor plans are single-story and range from 2,379 to 2,700 square feet. Residence 2700, which is named for its size, features four bedrooms and includes the option for fifth and sixth bedrooms as well as an additional bath. Residence 2700's formal dining room can be converted to a den and a patio can be constructed off either the great room or master bedroom. The options join standard features such as a great room, large kitchen island and master suite with oversized walk-in closet.

"Residence 2700 is such a versatile plan," Manayan said. "You can use the extra space as an additional half garage or loft or you can design it as an additional bedroom. Whatever you need the space for, it can be designed appropriately at Pesaro."

Among the amenities available to Tuscany residents are a 24-hour guard-gated entrance, landscaped walking trails, parks, a state-of-the-art recreation center, award-winning golf club and 50 channels of cable television.

La Vita Tuscana, a 35,000-square-foot recreation center, is one of Tuscany Residential Village's centerpieces. The million dollar facility offers social, fitness and recreational opportunities to residents including a lap pool, lagoon pool, hot tubs, a full workout facility, an aerobics room, indoor and outdoor basketball, racquetball, tennis, arts and crafts rooms, billiards, conference rooms, social areas, park areas and jungle gyms for children.

Tuscany Residential Village also features Tuscany Golf Club, designed by golf course architect Ted Robinson Jr. Tuscany's 6,906-yard, par 72 course was named Golf Magazine's No. 1 Golf Course in Las Vegas in its annual BBQ (Bang for the Buck Quotient) rankings.

To visit the models at Pesaro in Tuscany Residential Village, take Lake Mead Drive past Boulder Highway to Mohawk Drive and turn left. Office hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
