The focus is on personalization in three new home designs at Shea Homes at Ardiente, an age-qualified, master-planned community by Shea Homes Trilogy in North Las Vegas.

"The three new plans complement our three current plans -- Riviera, Monte Carlo and Portofino -- that are modeled and have been selling for the last several months," said sales manager Ryan Smith.

"All three newly introduced plans have wonderful great rooms that accommodate casual, every day living and also work well as entertaining spaces. This concept is extremely popular with our buyers because it maximizes use of space and eliminates rooms that may sit empty except for special occasions."

In addition to the new plans, today through Aug. 15, Shea Homes Trilogy is offering a Buyer's Choice Sale with financial incentives on a limited number of move-in ready homes at Ardiente. The choices include $10,000 off purchase price only, or $5,000 off purchase price and $5,000 towards closing costs or six months no payments or interest. Shea Homes Trilogy is offering a 4 percent commission to Realtors and brokers for the Buyer's Choice Sale promotion.

The new home designs -- Naples, St. Tropez and Florence -- range from 1,359 to 1,669 square feet. All three feature a master suite, den or office, interior laundry room and covered patios. Prices range from the mid $100,000s.

The Naples plan measures 1,359 square feet and features two bedrooms plus a den. An optional expanded garage provides space for storage or workbench.

The two larger plans, St. Tropez at 1,437 square feet and Florence at 1,669 square feet, features a kitchen island that opens into the great room.

"All of our homes have exceptional master suites. The notion of efficiency meets luxury is especially evident in the master suite, which includes an inviting bedroom with room for sitting, large walk-in closets and truly luxurious baths," Smith said.

Buyers can select from more than 2,000 options and upgrades through the Shea Trilogy Design Studios. Design expert and licensed interior designer Lisa Kossey will offer advice on the latest in floorings, cabinetry, window coverings, paint and wall coverings.

All homes are built to Shea green-certified standards, and according to Smith, offer potential energy savings of up to 30 percent and a carbon footprint reduction of up to 48 percent, Shea Homes makes going green easy and affordable. Environments for Living homes offer written performance guarantees on heating and cooling energy use.

The gated community of Ardiente offers 20,0000 square feet of amenities including a private clubhouse featuring two pools, a state-of-the-art fitness center, group exercise room and billiard room. Within the mature landscape of the community's private setting are seven parks, tennis and bocce courts, 2½ miles of walking and fitness trails and a challenging putting course.
