Shea releases green homes at Ardiente

North Las Vegas's Shea Homes at Ardiente, has released five new homes for sale.

"For buyers who've decided to make a new home purchase, or for those who are far along in the decision-making process, the tax credit on a new Shea Green Certified designer home is about the best bottom-line incentive to make your move today," said Ryan Smith, sales manager. The five new homes feature options that reduce energy consumption.

"The new energy-saving features in our Shea Green Certified homes really give our homebuyers a range of choices to improve energy efficiency," Smith said. "Ardiente homeowners will be able to enjoy immediate savings on their utility bills."

Shea Green Certified homes start in the $150,000s. They include the Rome measuring 1,406 square feet featuring two bedrooms, two baths and den. The Monaco measures 1,583 square feet and features two bedrooms, two baths and den. The Nice measures 1,928 square feet with two bedrooms, two baths and den.

Shea Homes at Ardiente is an age-qualified community offering guard gated security and outdoor recreational amenities. The 20,000-square-foot recreational center features a private club house, two resort-style pools, state-of-the-art fitness center, group exercise room, basketball court, billiard room and multi-purpose meeting facility. Additional outdoor recreational amenities at Ardiente include tennis and bocce courts, six parks interconnected by 2½ miles of walking and fitness challenge trails and putting course.
