Summerlin West builders offer dozens of floor plans

More than two dozen floor plans are selling in Summerlin West, which includes three villages located west of the Las Vegas Beltway. They are The Vistas, The Paseos and Summerlin Centre West. Each village features a unique architectural design and is developed around a major community park.

The Vistas is an 800-acre European-inspired village nearing completion.

Kingwood Crest by KB Home is the village's final neighborhood, offering four two-story home floor plans that range from 2,072 to 2,712 square feet. Prices start in the low $200,000s.

The Vistas is home to Vista Commons shopping center, Linda Givens Elementary School, walking trails and three community parks. The 25-acre Vistas Community Park has softball and football fields, basketball and tennis courts, playgrounds and picnic areas.

Neighborhoods selling in The Paseos include Andalusia by Lennar and Woodside Homes and Barcelona by Toll Brothers.

Andalusia, Summerlin's newest neighborhood, offers six home floor plans ranging from 2,986 to 3,864 square feet. Prices start in the mid-$300,000s.

Barcelona features two home floor plans ranging from 3,393 to 3,607. Prices start in the mid-$300,000s.

The Paseos features hacienda-style architectural accents, walking trails and The Paseos Park, a 12-acre community park home to soccer and tee-ball fields, basketball and volleyball courts, an interactive water feature, playgrounds and picnic areas.

Summerlin Centre West is home to four actively selling neighborhoods offering 16 home floor plan options.

West Park Villas and West Park Courtyards by William Lyon Homes feature attached courtyard-style housing options ranging from 1,556 to 2,452 square feet. Prices start in the mid-$100,000s.

Traccia by Toll Brothers offers four home floor plans ranging from 1,660 to 1,950 square feet with prices starting in the low $200,000s.

Villa Trieste at West Park by Pulte Homes, Nevada's first LEED-certified neighborhood, features four home floor plans ranging from 1,487 to 1,777 square feet. Prices start in the mid-$100,000s.

Summerlin Centre West is home to the West Career and Technical Academy, a public high school offering a specialized curriculum in health and environmental services, and the future Sagemont Park.
