Prices for homes at The Greens in Rhodes Ranch start at $188,000.

"Most people think they can't afford a new home in Rhodes Ranch because they are in such a beautiful community," said sales agent DeAnna Forsyth.

"Many visitors to our sales center are surprised to find that homes here start under $200,000 and perfectly designed for their families. Plus, residents get access to a million dollar recreation center, award-winning golf course and 24-hour guard gated privacy for their small monthly (homeowners association) dues."

At The Greens, three floor plans are being offered with a builder incentive.

"Currently, Rhodes Homes is paying up to 3 percent of the home's sale price to be used towards closing costs," Forsyth said. "At The Greens, that could amount to thousands in savings."

Among the highlights of The Greens' floor plans is Residence 1534, which includes an upstairs laundry room and the option for a balcony or covered rear patio.

Residence 1734 includes a loft or fourth bedroom and option for a covered porch.

The Greens' largest floor plan is Plan 1841, which includes three bedrooms, 21/2 baths, kitchen island, living room, dining room, second floor loft, upstairs laundry room and master retreat.

All three plans include a two-car garage and options for covered porches and patios, per plan.

To visit The Greens, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to Durango Drive and drive south to Rhodes Ranch Parkway. Head west on Rhodes Ranch Parkway and follow the signs. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
