Beginning today through Jan. 30, Toll Brothers is offering the New Year New Home program with financing options. According to David Straub, Toll Brothers assistant vice president, Toll Brothers will pay up to $10,000 towards closing costs, or buyers can take the option of an interest rate buy down.
"You're only limited by which community you want to live in," Straub said.
"Toll Brothers builds communities in many desirable locations in the greater Las Vegas area.
"And with interest rates on the rise, now is the very best time to purchase your new home, no matter where you want to live."
With prices starting in the low $200,000s, Toll Brothers limited-time financing incentive, Federal Housing Authority financing and the extended federal home buyer tax credit, Straub said that this makes buying a new home affordable.
Two new floor plans were released at Toll Brothers at Inspirada located in Henderson. Both plans are known as the Coronado II collection and include the Cordoba and Santiago.
The Cordoba and Santiago floor plans measure 2,000 square feet and are designed as two-story, three bedroom, 21/2 bath homes. The plan features a downstairs den/office and great room, plus tech center or bonus room upstairs and kitchen with GE appliances. Decorated models of each plan are in the early stages of being built at the neighborhood.
Other neighborhoods include Traccia featuring single-family homes and Fairway Hills in the Ridges offering townhomes in Summerlin; Franklin Park at Providence with only one home left; Hidden Canyon Estates, a single-family neighborhood in northwestern Las Vegas with only two homes remaining; Mirasol at Mountain's Edge featuring single-family homes in southwestern Las Vegas; Toll Brothers at Inspirada, a master-planned community with single-family homes, condominiums and the two new floor plans, in Henderson; Toll Brothers at MacDonald Highlands -- The Retreat, which is at final close-out and Vita Bella, a townhome neighborhood at Lake Las Vegas.
Toll Brothers also offers a design studio where homebuyers can select options to personalize their homes.
