Turnberry Towers lowers condo prices, maintains luxury amenities
Tools
The name Turnberry Towers has always been associated with the pinnacle of luxury, indulgent style, a no-limit philosophy and impeccable customer service. Now Turnberry Towers has a new definition: an incredible value, according to residents.
Since 2009, Turnberry Towers has dropped its prices by 50 percent, which means that these luxurious condominiums that were once priced at more than $1.5 million, are now selling at prices between $600,000-$700,000, with select homes priced as low as the $250,000s.
However, since the sales office has been flooded with buyers interested in the homes at the current value, the selection of available homes are becoming increasingly limited, according to company officials.
"It's the best value on the market for the amenities and services you receive," said Irving Berliner, a current resident.
In addition to lowered prices, the community associations board recently had many positive changes benefiting current homeowners and future residents.
The board credited $450,000 back in dues, gave a reserve contribution of $250,000 and passed a dues holiday resulting in 5 percent less dues each month for all of 2011.
"We looked at many different living options when moving from California to Las Vegas and feel Turnberry Towers offers the best overall quality of life for people looking to experience carefree luxury living attended to by the most professional staff," said resident Katarina Williams.
With amenities such as a resort-style pool with a year-round heated spa, recreational tennis courts, putting green and private dog park all nestled on 10 acres of backyard, Turnberry Towers has consistently charmed its tenants.
It also was named winner of the Best Builder Overall Product from the Best of Nevada Real Estate awards.
"The best thing about Turnberry Towers is that you get the whole package," said residents Charles DeGeisu and Janet Burak.
"We've been to four-star hotels and five-star hotels and other condos similar to that, and the staff at Turnberry Towers is unlike any other. We just think Turnberry Towers is the best. It has everything we want right where we want it."

The prices are finally back to where they were on 9/11. They told everyone then that the first two towers were completely told out, and, the third was 80%. Don't trust anything they tell you, but, you already know that. It's an expensive house deal, with no services nearby, but, heck, if that's your style then go for it. But, it's very vacant, and, there are very few who actually live there year round, so, you won't be bothered by neighbors except when they are in "Vegas Babie!" ... Oh, you should probably stay away from any salesperson, such as "rockinrealtor" that resorts to his idea of advertising in this manner. Obviously, not too bright! ...
