Turnberry Towers offers 8 resales with 1 foreclosure
Tools
According to recent statistics from the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors MLS inventory listing, only 147 resales are listed in the Las Vegas high-rise market.
With 28 short sales and 26 real estate-owned foreclosures, the current market has had the least amount of people past due on their mortgages and homeowners' associations' dues in the past three years.
These statistics include the high-rise properties Turnberry Towers, Allure, Mandarin Oriental, The Martin, Panorama Towers, One Queensridge, Park Towers, One Las Vegas, Sky, Turnberry Place and Veer Towers.
Prices for these properties range between $99,900 to $20.9 million, with 81 of the homes priced less than $499,999 dollars.
Thousands of buyers have been waiting for the market to reach bottom to buy high-rise investments, but some experts say that buyers are already missing their opportunity to buy the most popular floor plans in well-established high-rise developments.
Turnberry Towers currently has eight resales left on the market, with one foreclosure.
Four of the homes listed at Turnberry Towers are less than $499,999.
New homes at Turnberry Towers include the buyer's choice between three porcelain tile flooring in all rooms and balconies, baseboards, shades, closet shelving and customized paint colors, as well as the buyer's selection of floor level and view overlooking the Las Vegas Strip or the surrounding mountains.
