Turnberry Towers offers summer special on high-rise condominiums
Tools
Turnberry Towers will hold a summer sales event offering as much as $10,000 toward closing costs and $5,000 towards furniture credit this weekend.
"People are buying now because the high-rise market has stabilized," said T.T. Tran, a sales executive at Turnberry Towers. "When it comes to high-rises, people are starting to realize that overall prices have actually risen with the limited number of inventory in Vegas."
Prices on one- or two-bedroom floor plans have already reached the bottom of the market, as new high-rise homes start in the $250,000s. In addition, new buyers can receive as much as $15,000 in value if they sign a contract within the next few days.
"Now is the time to buy while prices and interest rates are at an all-time low," said Karissa Putvin, a sales executive at Turnberry Towers. "I would really encourage buyers to take advantage of the prices, amenities and brand-new inventory at this beautiful luxury high-rise."
Located only blocks from the Strip, Turnberry Towers is the ideal location for homeowners who want to be close to all the shows and fine dining that Las Vegas has to offer but are also enough steps away to retreat in the peace and quiet of their own homes.
Turnberry Towers boasts 10 acres of tropical landscaping for their homeowners to relax and unwind in the resort-style pools, state-of-the-art fitness centers and personal terraces at every bedroom.
