PHOTOS: Clowning Around




Rodeo clown Troy Lerwill puts on his clown makeup before the start the opening round of the 2006 National Finals Rodeo last December. For the second consecutive year, Lerwill will be the Coors Man in the Can, helping entertain fans throughout each performance and playing a key role in keeping the bull riders out of danger once they've leapt off or been bucked off during competition.

Flint Rasmussen, Lerwill's predecessor as the Man in the Can, dances around the barrel during the 2005 NFR. Rasmussen will be in town throughout the NFR, hosting his "Outside the Barrel with Flint Rasmussen" show each day at noon at the Cowboy Christmas Gift Show at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
