Wranglers ride Limpright to win vs. Phoenix

Shawn Limpright had two goals and an assist to become the Wranglers' all-time leading scorer, helping Las Vegas to a 5-3 win over the host Phoenix RoadRunners on Tuesday in an ECHL game.

Limpright, now with 120 career points in his Wranglers career, scored late in the second period to tie the score at 3. Tyler Mosienko put the Wranglers up 4-3 midway through the third period, and Limpright notched his second goal in the final minute on an empty net.

  • Goalie Daniel Manzato had 30 saves, including 20 in the third period for Las Vegas (30-9-7, 67 points).

    Reagan Rome scored twice for Phoenix (16-25-6, 38 points).
