    Major Rock Star - Draw a line thru his poor turf race and his resume looks fine; switch to Bejarano for the money shot.

    Race Caller Luke - Was flattered in last when Feisty Suances won next time out; his race two back was even better.

    Long Shot - For a Posse

    Race 3 - 6 1/2 furlongs (turf, rail at 30 feet), Purse $48,000, Allowance, Fillies and mares, 4-year-olds and up

    Vixana - There could be a speed duel between the chalk Everlasting Beauty and Ever So Pretty; that benefits the closers.

    Grace Anatomy - Turns back in distance and picks up Garrett Gomez; a hot pace will greatly improve her chances.

    Long Shot - Ever So Pretty

    Race 4 - 1 1/16th miles, Purse $27,000, Claiming $25,000, 4-year-olds and up

    Timias - Poster boy for synthetic surfaces, he adores them; John Sadler daring trainers to claim this horse.

    Dadsalittleunusual - Was flattered in last when One Track Mind and Nima's Pad both won next out; sitting on a big one.

    Long Shot - Fado

    Race 5 - 1 mile (turf, rail at 30 feet), Purse $52,000, Allowance, Cal-breds, Fillies and mares, 4-year-olds and up

    My Maloof Rocker - Sharp win last time in open company, now returns to face Cal-breds; some may call this a class drop.

    Warren's Appeal - With the turf rail out 30 feet, speed will be at a premium on the grass today; Gomez should just send.

    Long Shot - She's a Real Keeper

    Race 6 - 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $15,000, Maiden claiming $25,000, Fillies and mares, 4-year-olds and up

    Natpolean - Was well bet in second career start and showed improvement; good combo of Victor Espinoza-Paddy Gallagher.

    Secret Potion - Leap of faith that a second time starter for Jerry Hollendorfer will improve; need not be much.

    Long Shot - Raise Again

    Race 7 - 6 1/2 furlongs (turf, rail at 30 feet), Purse $57,000, Allowance, Fillies and mares, 4-year-olds and up

    Moonshine Alice - Sharp SoCal debut, got run down late by the very good Ransom Captive; will be sharper today.

    Royal Taat - Like the parking lot post coming down the hillside turf course; bit a a tough trip in the Monrovia.

    Long Shot - Wickednwackyingrid

    Race 8 - 1 mile, Purse $19,000, Maiden claiming $32,000, 3-year-olds

    One Vote - Tiny edge in a difficult finale; he is exiting faster paced elongated sprints for the stretch out.

    J B Wine - Ground saving trip could spell the difference tonight; can Gomez and Bejarano duel to the wire again?

    Long Shot - Mickey Rocks
