Late Tacoma rally dooms 51s

Bryan LaHair's bases-loaded single capped Tacoma's three-run rally in the bottom of the ninth inning Friday night, lifting the Rainiers to an 8-7 Pacific Coast League victory over the 51s in Tacoma, Wash.

The Rainiers' first six batters in the ninth reached base, on two walks and four hits, and a wild pitch by Brian Wolfe (1-3) brought home the tying run. Two batters later, LaHair won it with his third hit.
