STORY LINE: The champagne is on ice and the Yankees are ready to pop the corks if they win Game 6 of the World Series tonight. Philadelphia is hoping Pedro Martinez can stave off New York’s high-powered offense and force a Game 7 on Thursday. Martinez, 38, has appeared in just three Phillies losses since signing with the team at the All-Star Break. Andy Pettitte, 37, will start for the Yankees, who are gunning for their 27th world championship.
